ITV Auto-Enrolment Plan

We need to talk about retirement!

Dear James
retirement may be the last thing on your mind, but there are some important things you need to know.

We’ve enrolled you in the ITV Auto-Enrolment Plan (the AE Plan) from Enrol_Date.

The AE Plan will help you build up savings. You can use these from age 55 (or 57 from 2028) for your retirement or anything else you choose.

You and ITV will contribute to the AE Plan each month:

You contribute 5% of your qualifying earnings.

ITV contributes 3% of your qualifying earnings.

If you participate in the AE Plan through salary sacrifice (most members do), instead of contributing 5%, your basic pay will be reduced by the amount of your contribution and ITV will pay your contribution on your behalf.

You’ll get tax relief on your contributions. This reduces the real cost of your contributions and means the money that would have gone to the government as tax, goes towards your retirement savings instead.

Register online to view and manage your savings. You’ll be able to check the value of your savings, manage your savings and update your personal details. Go to > Log in. You’ll need your National Insurance number and the following username and password:

Username: Username
Password: Password

You’ll be prompted to change these the first time you log in.

You can read more about the AE Plan in the AE Plan guide. If you have any questions or need more help, please get in touch by calling us on
0118 214 2836 or emailing [email protected]

If you don’t want to put money aside for your retirement just yet, you can choose to opt out of the AE Plan. If you do this within the opt-out window, normally one month from Enroll_Date, you’ll be treated as though you were never enrolled into the AE Plan. We’ll refund any contributions you’ve made through your salary. We can’t refund your contributions if you decide to cancel your membership after the opt-out window; your savings will remain in the AE Plan.

To opt out, go to and complete the online form. Alternatively, you can call Contact_No and ask to opt out.

Every 3 years, we’ll re-enrol you in the AE Plan if you’re still eligible. You can choose to opt out again. You can also ask to be re-enrolled into the AE Plan at any time.
